Scanning a location label pulls up its contents instantly — count it, move stock in or out, or see what should be there.
How setup day works
- Name your zones and shelves (Retail floor, Stock room, A1, B2…) — the app makes a barcode for each.
- Print the location labels and stick them on shelves, racks and bins.
- Walk the store: scan a location, then scan each item's barcode to put it there.
- From then on, scanning any item tells you exactly where it lives — and the Inventory count mode uses the same barcodes.
